Be prepared for anything. Here are some tips on what to pack in your bag. Don’t be caught in a situation where you’re not prepared.

• Extra $…especially .50 cents to call home just in case of problems.
• Comb
• Needle and thread...for accidental strap breakage or faulty zippers.
• Lipstick and gloss…keep those lips kissably soft.
• Nail file…wouldn’t want to go around with a Dracula claw in case a nail breaks.
• Kleenex…no sniffling please.
• Shout wipes for those accidental spills…no need to show everyone at the dance what you ate for dinner.
• Breath mints…don’t let your dinner stay with you all night.
• Clear nail polish…to catch the runs in your nylons.
• Eye drops…to prevent red and irritated eyes. Careful not to mess up the eye make-up.
• Aspirin…just in case your head begins to throb along with the music.
• Cosmetics…so you won’t shine in the wrong places.
• Dental floss…only to be used in the ladies room.
• Safety pins…in case something breaks.
• Hand sanitizer…in case the sink isn’t working.<
• Handbag…it needn’t be large. Buy the smallest sizes, perhaps travel or sample sizes of your essentials.

Pack them neatly in a small cosmetic bag to place inside your handbag.
