FAQ

Generally, wedding gowns take about 3-4 months to arrive in our store. Bridemaids gowns usually take 10-12 weeks. We usaully estimate a week for shipping time and then the dress will arrive in our store.

Most companies do offer rush production for an extra fee. This means the company will regard your orde as a top priorty and cut the dress faster than normal order tiem. You will still need to estimate a week for shipping time before the dress arrives in our store.

Yes, you can buy any dress you see out of stock.

No, we don't do alterations. We do recommend a seamstress who has her own shop that is open six days a week. As a convenience to our customers, she comes to our store one day a week by appointment only, and you do pay her separately. However, if it is more convenient for you to make your own arrangements, feel free to do so.

Bridal sizes usually differ from regular dress sizes. Your bridal consultant will take your measurements and compare those to the size chart of the company you will be purchasing from. If possible, you are welcome to try on similar sizes from that company to get an idea of the size you will need. All dresses that arrive in our store will need to be altered in some way. By taking your measurements, we are simply trying to find a size that will need the least amount of alterations.

Our bridal consultants can help you to choose a size, but the final decision on size is yours.

Anderson's Bride does match prices, but we also match services. We will match an Internet price, but we will not include the amenities you would receive by purchasing it at full price from our salon.
